“I ordered a phone case for a Samsung S7 edge. When it came it was to small for my daughters phone. I would suggest maybe check the sizes of your cases before sending them out.”

“Ordered an item over 3 months ago still hasn't arrived. Been in contact and keep getting told it will be in the post asap.... still nothing, i am told the same thing over and over again. Will never buy again. As a first time buyer I have had this experience. One star to rate is being too generous.”

“Purchased a cover for iPhone 5S but the cover was a very poor fit. The cover came off too easily, I've started using the old dirty cover I have which at least fits the phone properly!”

“I ordered every thing and the I got an email from wrapping say it will come in two working days past a week and nothing came. Then I contacted Etappe and I got an automated email that wrapped should reply within the next 24 h past that and nothing”

“This’s not a review of Wrappz products but their horrible after sale service! I ordered a case for my MacBook Pro for the cost of £39.96. However, they’ve sent the wrong case size (11" instead of 13"). Then the hassle of trying to get in touch with them started! Their phone number was wrong! Their webchat was unavailable! They didn’t answer the message I sent on their Facebook page! I then eventually opened a ticket on their website and waited. And waited! Will nothing happened! After sometime I followed up with another message but the same. Couple more days and guess what? They have deleted my ticket! I thought that’s it! I’ve lost my £40 and I’m basically screwed! As a last resort, I tried to contact PayPal to see if they can help. Fantastically, it turns out you can raise a claim with them against a seller. Within 5 minutes of doing so, THE SELLER HAS RESPONDED! They asked me to send them an email with a picture of the case which I did. And again, they went incognito for 18 days! I then escalated the claim into a dispute, which meant PayPal will take care of the situation, and within 3 days I GOT MY MONEY BACK! I’ve been doing online shopping for so many years now, and must’ve ordered hundreds and hundreds of items online, never had such a horrible service! Buyers be aware! Only buy from this seller thought PayPal or your credit card to protect yourself, otherwise, you’ll risk it! Dr Gabriel”

“I originally purchased my order on the 21/04, and still, nothing. I sent an email on 23/04 asking when it would arrive, and you emailed back on 24/04 saying it would arrive last week. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, with no reply. I have tried to call numerous times, with no answer. The fact I've spent £31 on 2 cases that were very sentimental, is disgraceful! I haven't even had a dispatched email! I am beyond upset with this service.”

“I bought from Wrappz because I got a £10 off an iphone case from the McDonalds monopoly. When i put the code in no money was taken off of the price. I tried to cancel my order and get my money back however apparently it's not possible for an order to be cancelled. The case is alright but for me not worth the £17 I paid for it. Would not recommend this site.”

“I recently placed an order and the images were not printed correctly on the sticker. They do not fit on the phone as they are meant to so therefor I am not able to use them. They are wonky and half cut out! I am very disappointed as this was meant to be a gift...”
