“Got an email a week ago saying my purchase would be with me in the next 2 working days. A week down the line still not received it. Emailed about it and asked if it could be looked into and had no reply”

“I ordered a phone cover for my daughter a week ago to come in time for her birthday in another 4 days. Still not received, I've emailed twice but got no reply,just a template message sting they are busy! Tried calling the contact number several times this morning and no answer.”

“After 7 days I have not received my item Waited 3 days for an agent to reply to me and then the reply was that it was sent on the 4th and I should expect it anyday now,even though the initial dispatch email said within 2 days. I replied to this email straight away and again, no reply back same day. I have tried to call 3 times and no-one answers the phone. Customer service is terrible I have now opened a dispute via PayPal for a refund.”

“The design wasn't centred on my case like it showed in the preview so one side of my case was white and the other had all the pictures wrapped round it, badly blurred. Not worth it if it was free”

“My phone case never arrived. I sent three emails afterwards and did not receive a response to any. No one ever answers their customer service number and no one returned the call when I left an answer machine message. Terrible service and would not recommend at all!”
