“I’ve had a lot of covers from you and they’ve always been superb but my last two orders have been disappointing in the quality of the pictures on the covers, the pictures have been poor and instead of being colour they have been a very brownish colour”

“Hi Wrappz, I'm afraid to say I'm very dissapointed. The quality of the product is poor. The top layer of laminate was peeling away from my laptop skin as soon as I got it. I was wondering if I was supposed to remove the top layer of laminate but that doesn't seem to be the case. The skin looks cheap and tacky.”

“It took far too long for the item to arrive after I ordered it and definitely not worth waiting for. Parts of the skin do not stick properly around the edges of the phone. I know the iPhone 7 has rounded corners but I would expect the skin to be designed to fit them, otherwise, why sell it?”

“I found the website to be somewhat confusing as to whether I was ordering a skin or a case. I subsequently ordered a skin by mistake. I'll admit its my fault too and I should have looked more carefully, but I find that £4.75 plus shipping for what is essentially a sticker is a bit of a rip off.”

“the sides of the case are messy and awful to look at I'm aware that I wasn't shown the sides in the creative process but I would've thought the pictures would be chopped off at the sides and the image and case quality is poor”

“I ordered a printed phone case. The product is a great idea but the quality control process is a let down. My design wasn't printed on quite straight. Which was a shame as the product was otherwise excellent. I also opted for the high gloss design, however it is a bit slippery and constantly makes me worry about dropping my phone all the time. Assuming they can resolve their printer alignment If you aren't concerned about the picture alignment, do order from them, but opt for a non high gloss cover .”

“The alignment of the printer was not correct resulting in the horizontal lines being at a small angle. It's not very noticeable but still irritates me every time I look at the cover. I guess that is the downside of using a 3D printer which does an amazing job of printing on the sides of the case.”

“I have ordered three phone cases off of you now one was great two of them the picture quality was so dark you could not see it properly and the photo was not like it so very disappointed”
