“Case came later than advertised, case is poor quality as has text at the bottom and is ineligible. Case also doesn’t fit at the bottom it doesn’t fit snug as it should. Messaged to try and get these issues rectified 3 days later no reply.”

“I was very upset as the phone case was for my dad for a chritmas present and it is the wrong size it is about 2cm too big i ordered the samsung A20e and this is not what i got! The picture is of my mum and dad and we lost my mum very recently and it was upsetting for me and my dad that you sent the wrong case.”

“Awful experience so far, received my 2 glass prints for Grandparents in +1000 pieces in flimsy plastic bag. The Grandparents are now unlikely to receive these gifts in person for Christmas as planned. However ....customer services said they are dealing with my bad experience, so this ..may ...change my review. This could be the first and last time I use a Vodafone recommended discount. Very disappointed”
