“Unfortunately not happy with product... received wrong 1... original 1 got lost in post by royal mail, taken me over a month of emails back and fore for a replacement. Email is the only way you can also contact them which is not ideal when you want something done. Replacement was finally sent, which happened to be wrong colour, wrong textile and also pictures are a bit blurry with borders not lined up round the entire cushion. Will not be using this service again!”

“I previously used another company for my phone cover printing could not do a Galaxy Note 10 plus do used Wrappz. Awful, terrible, disgraceful do not use. White border over part of the case. Never had any problems with previous company and same image. Please refund in full as you are the one's asking for feedback!”

“I have messaged on two occasions to find out where my delivery was. First response back i received an email containing a tracking number to which it had just been sent out, 6 days later. Checked again to see that it had been delivered although i havent seen it yet. So i messaged again, to which my email still hasn’t been acknowledged. Im very disappointed in the service i have encountered and will be having 2nd thoughts on whether or not i will be using wrappz again.”

“Very disappointed with the personalised face mask. I followed the instructions for the measurements and the mask is miles too big. Huge waste of money. I hate.”

“Quality of the product came too glossy. I ordered at midnight incorrectly and immediately emailed customer service to cancel. I got an email at 3pm saying the order had been dispatched already. Would’ve been nice if someone checked the emails in the morning. Could have cancelled or if they had a cancellation option.”

“I am extremely unimpressed as i have STILL not received the item and it looks like its not going to be here on time for the birthday eventhough i ordered it on the 9th of july and today is the 16rh. £8 handling fee for items that dont come on time. Really really not good.”

“Not good at all. My image was all pixelated and I would’ve liked someone to contact me to let me know that the image I imported was not good enough quality. I am no tech expert and would not have known this. So my skin will look pretty rubbish if I put it on my expensive computer. My money was wasted☹️”

“Unfortunately you can't give it no stars so one it is. Utter waste of time & money. Don't expect the design you create on their website because what you get is an substandard imitation back. The cover doesn't fit the phone but they seem to think that is not their problem. In short, give this company a wide berth. There are better companies out there doing the same thing, only better !”
