“I have had my new case 1 week and it’s already got multiple cracks on it. I haven’t even dropped my phone. Disappointed”

“Put in to order iphone 7 case when the email came through it was showing as a iphone 7 plus case which is no good. Can't speak to anyone as it is just an answering machine and when I have emailed they just don't respond. I contacted them straight away but no use even though they have stated 14 days on delivery. Will not be using again and will not recommend to anyone.”

“Honestly I am very disappointed with the phone case that I received as the it is already scrapping off and losing some bits of colour after less that 2 weeks. Also, the quality of the phone is appalling and looks like such cheap quality.”

“Take YOUR money elsewhere!! I created the image I wanted for my personalised phone case, however the case arrived with a couple of issues that made it a very unsatisfactory purchase. Firstly, the artwork was printed wonky and off-centre, despite ensuring that my original design was pixel perfect straight and the phone case that arrived was skewed slightly, not appearing adjacent and parallel to the edges of the phone. Secondly, the overall colour was incorrect. It was supposed to be black, but printed in be speckled dark green. Very bad! I was in email correspondence for 3/4 months with Wrappz, who promised to send out a replacement but it took weeks of promoting and reminding (i was told that they forgot, and they there was a 'pdf issue'). And when it did finally, arrive, it was exactly the same!!! I have given up now and resorted to writing this review.”

“Terrible service. Had to wait 10 days for my Laptop skin to arrive so actually missed the event it was for and had no use for it! I’ve had no reply on email or phone regarding the delay or a refund. This is the second time this has happened - silly me for using them again. A total joke of a company.”

“An email receipt came through to say that my case was going to arrive in 2-3 working days and it has just gone past 6 working days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Wondering whether my new phone case is going to arrive any time soon?”

“I orded on the 4th of january and didn’t receive my goods untill the 17th!! Her birthday was the 16th and it was a gift I emailed a few times and just got told this is not a normal practice and it will be sent out soon! Extremely unhappy!”
