Still not received the gift that my daughter wanted for her friend's b'day. It was ordered 17/2 and promised within 5/6 workings days...so far (1/3/18) no sign of it?

An email receipt came through to say that my case was going to arrive in 2-3 working days and it has just gone past 6 working days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Wondering whether my new phone case is going to arrive any time soon?

I orded on the 4th of january and didn’t receive my goods untill the 17th!! Her birthday was the 16th and it was a gift I emailed a few times and just got told this is not a normal practice and it will be sent out soon! Extremely unhappy!

I ordered a phone case from you on Jan 5th and 12 days on am STILL waiting for it. I contacted your customer service team who asked if I'd given the correct address. I told them what the address was and they told me that it looks like Royal Mail couldn't deliver it because instead of 1 Holywell Lane, the delivery address was written Holywell Lane 1. That seems very stupid to be fair. I wouldn't even mind if the customer service agent had apologised, but instead they made it sound like it was my bad and like I was the stupid one. Not impressed and still waiting for the cover...

Ordered an item around Christmas, completely understand that the post was really slow. It is now the 13th of January, I have e-mailed and tried get chase this item up with them but had no response. Recommend to look elsewhere

I ordered a cosmetic bag. I can't judge the quality of the print, but the make of the bag is poor. Perhaps not all products are poorly made as mine, however the Customer Service is not helpful, not even let me know whether the product can be returned/replaced or not.

Ordered on 14/12/17, money taken out of my bank on the 18/12/17. No delivery before Christmas, yet to receive the product on the 3/1/17. Email sent to Wrappz on 25/12/17 but have had no reponse about where the product is

Took over 2 weeks to arrive, missed Christmas, asked for it to be delivered to different address - was told yes, yet it didn't. Nice case but customer service an absolute shambles and would not order from again.

Product was dispatched several days later than promised and arrived correspondingly late. Product quality very poor too, a lovely photo we uploaded has a strong staining of green throughout suggesting very poor print quality. For one of the more expensive providers, the service and quality was very disappointing.
