“I've emailed a complaint to yourselves about the poor quality of the phone case I received, I'm yet to hear back from you. The printing quality was terrible, it was of a picture of my daughter and it all had a green colour to it. The case itself was very poor quality also, it felt like it was going to shatter and doesn't fit the phone well at all. This was a Christmas present for my wife, obviously I never have it to her because I'm not happy at all with it. I will never buy a thing from you again and I will certainly be telling all my friends no to also. Your website was really good shame your products don't live up to the first impressions.”

“I placed my order on the 4th Dec in which i received the one item but not the other. I informed them on the 11th Dec to which they said wait another day so I did. On the 13th they said they would resubmit my order and I said I needed it by the 21st Dec as i was going away. They told me it would be dispatched on the 19th and I kept asking when it would be delivered but they never once told me when and I repeatedly told them it needed to be delivered by COB on the 21st. It only arrived on the 22nd so I never got to give this gift as a xmas present. The customer service is terrible, sometimes took them over a day to respond with short one liner emails not answering my questions I asked. Terrible service!”

“Took 3 weeks to receive my order. Not being able to pick up the phone and speaking to a human being leaves you feeling rather lost! The online contact form is aweful. I was then advised that my order had been posted many days before, but I don't agree that this was the case as I'd not received an email notifying me of this. (Interestingly when they had processed my order the second time, I received an email notifying me). I won't be ordering from wrappz again. It's such a poor service and awful customer service. I have certainly made my feelings known to others thinking of using you! I will continue to tell people how bad my experience was!!”

“I still haven't received my order. This is the first and last time I'll use your company. I've had no response to my emails today or Facebook message, and when I tried calling you it just went to voicemail. I'd just like to know where the item is and whether it will arrive before Christmas but no one can seem to answer that.”

“Not impressed at all!!! Dropped my phone from 2 foot getting out my car on to the side of the phone, the case came straight of and left my phone with a cracked screen. The case is undamaged but didn’t protect it at all!!! Would avoid!”

“Said 2-3 days still havent got my order on the 6th December when i ordered on the 26th November!! Not good at all and wont be ordering again it was a present and couldt be given on time. And still havent got it.”

“I got my laptop Sticker bended. The cardboard meant to protect it from bending was too soft. Bad packaging. Wasted my money. I do not recommend it.”

“Phone case far to dark, the photo I sent to them was light on my computer, returned case as no good as you could not see photo on it. I was told if I pay an extra £5 they would lighten the photo and send me another case. I was not going to pay extra money so have paid for case which is no good and have returned.”

“The first phone case came. The image was offset to the side. It looked rushed and rubbish. I emailed. They replied quickly and apologied and said they would redo and send out a second. The second was delivered a few days later and was the same!!! Would not recommend and would not use again !”
