“Ordered an iphone case and when it was delivered it was the wrong one, also took a while to come”

“If I could give this zero stars I would. Ordered a case THREE WEEKS AGO and have had to keep chasing it up every few days, and just get fobbed off with rubbish excuses every time. Dreadful service.”

“It took a week for my order to dispatch, despite it saying on the website that it takes 24 hours. It probably would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t chased it up. The design also wasn’t in the position I had placed it in the design tool. It was sent in a jiffy envelope instead of a small cardboard box so it was dented and didn’t fit correctly.”

“Sold a Galaxy A5 skin for 2015/16 not 2017, website didn't specify this. Wouldn't refund order once spotted (by customer) despite not yet produced or order accepted - cancel request an hour later. Poor service and won't use again.”

“I'm still waiting on my phone case almost 2 weeks later. Poor customer service...they don't reply to emails and they don't answer the phone when you call them. I still don't know where my phone case is. Absolute shambles.”

“Order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, no return phone call even though I left 3 messages, no return email either. You have a phone that nobody answers and a email inbox nobody replies to. Shocking customer service. Will not be returning to purchase anything else!!”

“It took more than 2 weeks to get my item despatched, despite multiple emails from myself. Item finally arrived three weeks to the day after I ordered, but only half of the skin was present. Was promised a refund but none has been given.”

“Product never dispatched. Ordered my product from Wrappz as they boast quick production and delivery, ordered on the 2nd of October a product with 5 day worst case delivery estimate. After 5 days i messaged to check on the order status, and they said it would be dispatched next day first class as paid for. After another week, i contacted again and it still hadn't been dispatched. Having missed the birthday i ordered it for, i decided to cancel. At least they refunded. Useless service, avoid.”
