“Not happy with my product, and customer services were very slow, contacted them via website, then email, but only got a response when I complained publicly on Facebook. Then not very helpful”

“Print quality was way worse than I expected. PNG had some white bleeding that wasn't present in the designs. Even if this was due to the graphic provided there's no way to know from the mock-up. The product I received is so bad it's unusable.”

“Used app to look for a p30 pro case after a lot of effort through glitches,made design then got sent a p30 case not pro which is too small , explained to customer services then was given code by them with 30% off which didn’t work when making the same order and complained only to be charged for another case and have my order cancelled . Very poor customer service . Somewhat rude and unhelpful . Don’t bother ! Save your money !”

“The photo on the personalised case was very grainy and not clear at all. I was sent a voucher code so tried Wrappz rather than Photo box. I wouldn’t recommend Wrappz the quality of the photo is not as good as photo box so won’t be using again.”

“the personalisation of the phone case was lovely and cannot fault however the actual phone case itself has started falling apart after only 2/3 weeks of use, obviously a very cheap plastic that snaps so easily, so disappointed overall”

“I tried out this as part of Vodafone very me. I received it about two weeks back and cover already broke on the edge. I did love the idea of having a personalized cover, but very disappointed.”

“they lie and nobody answers the phone after 100 attempts. they say they will send email confirmation but they never do. not sure if they're fraudulent but I regret paying them my money”

“Thank you for the order, but when I recieved this item it appears to be damaged and has scratches all over it. I think this could be due to the packing that it was sent in and wasn't adequate enough. What are you able to do for me to get this resolved?”

“Size is perfect but the poor resolution and color it is very dark compare to one I have send to make from. The original photo is 3840 x 2160. The final looks very poor. Never order again for this price. All needs quality for money.”

“Printed on thick glossy paper which you couldn't fit on the controller - wasn't accurate over the buttons and I don't get why they only let you print one image across two stickers? It didn't make sense... so I had to throw the second away because it was just the leftover of the main part of the graphic. Daft service.”

“Terrible I had to email 5 times to get a response about my package and then it took another WEEK to come so I waited 2 weeks for a package that was suppressed to come in 2-3 days”
