“The Steak Dining & Wine deal was great value. The staff, food and atmosphere at the Clayton Hotel No 55 restuarant were excellent. Recommended. Not only did we really enjoy the experience I made an error in booking and redeemed without booking a date or time for the experience. The customer service agent sorted this out really quickly without any fuss, fantastic service.”

“Ordered 2 camping chairs in Grey and received them in Blue. I didn’t think it was that hard to send items as per the order. The seller sent me a link to return them and the refund would be made to me when they received them back. Could not return them as they were needed for a holiday at the weekend. Very disappointed and will not purchase from this seller again.”

“I have had no response regarding delivery with respect to a purchase I made of a pop up gazebo. The company (Furniture Dealz) supposed to supply the gazebo has an incorrect mobile number on their website and is not responding to my emails. It is impossible to call Wowcher directly to talk to someone in their office. I am extremely unhappy about the service.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Very confusing booking process. Far to many emails 2 per voucher when purchased. Promotional emails are endless daily and the same adverts. Making matters worse they don't inform you need to redeem voucher on purchase! Very confusing surely you redeem when you intend to use! Use by date also different. As a consequence you will unknowingly loose out. We lost £60 stated voucher expired yet the use by date was end of the calendar month. It's clearly designed for this to happen given in FAQ it states expired vouchers cannot be refunded. It's a jumbled mess old vouchers still in your wallet along with others to redeem. Be very careful of reminders to claim cash back with partner it will lock you in with a monthly payment. Reminders are confusing along with their vouchers. To much. Unprofessional company you cannot contact only by WhatsApp. Standard replies. Unsubscribed VIP Customer.”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “Ordered a bed then got told it won’t be delivered until 29th August, so obviously cancelled and asked for a refund. No customer service at all. The site says to ask for a refund through the merchant, my order doesn’t state who that is? They dont seem interested in refunding people at all. Scammers as far as I’m concerned. The only place you seem to get any type of response is on review sites, the reply is normally a lie saying “we are dealing with your case”.”
