“I have been kept waiting all week and was promised delivery for Friday 12/7 . Finally late in the day after I had been inquiring all day I was told they had raised a query with the merchant. Now I am asked to wait another 3 days before I hear. I need the item for Friday but now struggling to cancel for a refund. Also need to return damaged item.”
