“I ordered an item it was faulty told by Wowcher to contact the company which I did plus this took ages to sort I paid for item to be returned no free p&p which that is terrible Was told money would go in my account so never checked Wowcher wallet ! Why would I though Complained to wowcer waste of time prob a A1 reply Basically my fault should of checked my wallet and now it’s over 3 months so I’ve lost my money Disgusting attitude they do not think outside the box Will never never buy again Be warned they do not care”

“Bought wowcher for Kirkley Zoo they said it was open 7 days a week which it wasn't and never had been. So it was closed when I took my 2 grandsons which was very disappointing. I also paid for it twice by accident as didn't think payment had gone through so double annoyance.”

“Overall quite good except dates on Wowcher’s site said voucher only valid for dates which had already passed, so I called the supplier to cross check and they confirmed correct dates.”

“We’ve booked again our first experience was so positive. Great saving with Wowcher compared to booking direct with Gullivers. We had a perfect stay, the booking process was extremely easy and we had 3 happy children. We’ve booked again we had such a good time. We stayed in the Jurassic lodge’s which also had kitchens, this made everything so much easier to prepare food for our children as they have multiple allergies. The whole lodge is extremely well equipped, everything is themed in each room and I’d highly recommend.”

“Easy transaction but... Does it really need FIVE to seven emails to do it? Voucher receipt, voucher code, voucher redeemed x2, plus survey request, and also two from PayPal. It's ridiculous. There must be a better way.”

“I was a regular customer for many years but angry at the fact one minute I had £60 pound credit andespite being on an extended period it then disapeared.Then I bought an item that I can’t use because it’s instructions are all Japanese,despite me requesting in English so I can’t use the item.Then customer service are hard to get through to and not always help ful.I would like an explanation on both orders.Ps I’ve recently paid for a spa day @banatyne ,it would be a kind gesture to give me credit towards it.”
