“I really don't understand the VIP thing and finished up buying from another company because I didn't get a notification that the order was accepted”

“I love Wowcher and use it quite a lot. Great products and great prices. Usually l don't have any problems with redeeming my vouchers but l have been unable to redeem it today. I just keep getting a message saying " Sorry, but we can't find that deal " So not very happy about this!”
