“Absolute scam!!!! Purchased a retro game console. Says it was delivered but it never was (have CCTV). Cant contact Wowcher, the seller or 4PX, the delivery company. Tried using the wowcher whatsapp support number and as soon as I put my tracking and order number in they encountered a problem and stopped communicating. Avoid like the plague. Absolute scam of a company and everyone has an it’s not my problem attitude.”

“Not happy. I was offered for a refund either to go on my card or my wowcher account, I selected my account. I have since made a second purchase & only when I read the receipt did I see that the refund had not been applied neither had a £20 vowcher......! So very difficult to navigate. Also, I bought 2 meal vouchers for 2 different people but was only given 1 option for a card & my writing in it.......”
