“Terrible experience – avoid! My order (#50017509) was lost in shipping and cancelled, yet I have still not received a proper refund for either the item or the shipping. The seller says refunds are handled by Wowcher, while Wowcher has not returned my money. Poor communication and no accountability from either party. I will not be using them again.”

“Terrible experience. Looks like restaurant booked is no longer trading but not able to contact 5pm to clarify/confirm. No number to phone or email to contact you. Now needs more of my time to investigate.”

“1★ – Avoid Wowcher Bought a palm tree that arrived dead — refund took 2 months and was split into PayPal + short-expiry credit. Also lost vouchers that expired with no reminder. Poor service, unfair refund practices.”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
