“Did not receive item. Told I had not completed a form. Not offered money back or given item even though item still being sold.. Don't recall any form, pretty certain I did all I needed to. Would never use them again. Taking money and not sending product. What a rip off!!!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “The prices are good but since deciding I wanted to book a certain experience on a certain day, it’s been many hours and I have no certainty it’s going to have been booked.”
