“New customer and unsure how the vouchers worked, paid £7.99 for a plant and by the time I realised I had not ordered from the actual supplier the voucher had expired. Contacted customer service to ask for some discretion as new customer, no good will shown, unable to speak to a person, just an AI bot just telling me voucher expired. Very poor customer service, unsubscribed and will be telling my networks to avoid this company.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
