“⛔ TERRIBLE! I'll never use WOQCHER again. The company should be investigated by a regulatory body for its practices. Simple as that. Everything went wrong. It keeps going wrong. Unable to raise a complaint as nobody will accept a complete or give me a written complaints procedure. I understood in the UK that companies needed to put in place clear complaints procedures for their customers, as well as adhere to selling regulations in the UK. I have had absolutely no success whatsoever trying to discuss my issue or to elicit what was supposed to be a simple refund.”

“I ordered a laptop and paid next day delivery The laptop did not arrive! I contacted Wowcher online service they told me it would take 72 hours to get back to me I emailed Wowcher and the supplier no response I have not been informed who the delivery company is I have been ignored This feels like a scam. Be aware”
