“Salt Therapy was amazing, fell asleep as I was so relaxed and have been feeling great since the Salt Therapy. I have already booked another session and Joanne was lovely, very informative about the benefits of Salt Therapy. I would recommend anyone to try it, as I was a bit skeptical at first, but have been sleeping better and feel great after treatment.”

“I brought a box just little while ago to see if it was worth the money and it certainly was so I ordered another for my mystery box for Christmas I just hope it doesn't have the stuff I all ready got in the last it did say on the web site that every box is different fingers crossed I get a different box and not the one with the hot brush in”

“Absolute nonsense Absolute nonsense! Purchased tickets early Friday Morning for an event on Saturday daytime. As the email came through to redeem- the link doesn’t work. Literally tried 50’times. Sent a WhatsApp, FB messenger and Instagram DM & received the worst customer service. Apparently some team is “working on it”. This happened all day Friday into Satirday. Now my event actually started 90 minutes ago and instead of immediately issuing a refund for their system failures - the most recent WhatsApp mentioned the team is “still working on it”. And to add insult to injury, the message included : please not Saturday & Sunday are not working days. What an absolute joke. Refund please!”

“The WhatsApp form of communication is quite good. They do get back to you every time. Jyst remember it’s kind having a conversation with your friend, who is at work, the response isn’t immediate but DOES come.”

“Please be careful when buying a mystery prize as I paid £19.99 and got the cheap jewellery I sent it back.in there T&C it says I can get a refund if I send it back unopened within 25 days which I did. The merchant Gamechanger are refusing to refund so please be careful when buying”
