Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Excellent product at a hugely discounted rate compared to direct retail purchase. A real help for my small business. Easy selection, easy payment, easy access. Very pleased with the service and product. “I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I have not received my order, and Punk Bike has confirmed that there is no record of it in their system. Communicating with Wowcher solely through WhatsApp is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I have requested a refund, but I now have to wait 24 hours for a response, which is completely unreasonable. It is alarming how easily they can take your money while making it nearly impossible to secure a refund or even reach customer support. Given this experience, I cannot endorse Wowcher and will actively share my concerns with others to warn them.”
