“My grandaughter wanted a lego stitch and her mom found what she thought was fantastic deal on Wowcher as it was reduced from 49.99 to 18.99. Once ordered realised it wasn't what she has searched for but a cheap copy. Realising the mistake we tried to contact Wowcher to cancel the order. No contact details other than a WHATAPP mobile, an app that we don't use. In their customer service instructions it tells us to click NEED HELP? No such link. If no link then contact the MERCHANT directly. No contact details for the Merchant displayed. So basically a website selling 3rd party supplied goods with no proper customers service contact information or responsibility for issues with orders placed on their site. This contravenes UK government laws for distance selling that states: Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.”
