“Had a reservation for tonight (07-09-2024) for an anniversary trip with my boyfriend I received an email at 2 am on the same day (which was 10 hours before check in) saying that the reservation has been cancelled with no explanation why. I have contacted the hotel and they said that Wowcher have cancelled the reservation and that there was now no availability if I want to book. I have tried to contact Wowcher but they don't have a phone number and you have to contact them through WhatsApp where you speak to a robot that in the end just tells you that someone will get back to you in 24 hours. I have previously bought things from Wowcher and have not had a problem but after this I will not be purchasing from them again.”

“Thought the offer was great at a fantastic price, so bought 2 of them. Absolutely gutted that I had to pay for the items to be shipped separately at £9.99 each item. But yet they both arrived at the same time by the same delivery driver. Can’t say I’ll use Wowcher again if that’s the case all the time!!”
