“Too many times I am having issues with this company and trying to get a refund or an issue sorted is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Word of warning to anyone that does get offered a refund, do not take the credit that they are offering you as you can't spend it on what they are advertising. I tried to use it to buy something and was told I couldn't. No explanation why just that I should try it on something else. I have had other issues previously too when buying their mystery holidays and all I can say about that experience is if it seems too good to be true then it probably is! Unfortunately when the only way of contacting customer services is through whatsapp then I suppose you can't expect much of a company.”

“I had a problem using the Wowcher voucher for a product I tried to purchase as my voucher had expired, I contacted them and they gave me a credit of which I was able to use and purchase the item I wanted.”
