“The discount code I purchased was not advertised correctly and was very misleading. The information was also poor, however, I thought for £5 it was worth a try. I ended up contacting Wowcher and the customer service started off well, however, when asked for a refund, not so much. I will be careful if I use Wowcher again.”

“Brought a suitcase set from Wowcher. Then I saw that it had £20 delivery so I requested a refund within 24 hours. Was given delivery for £5 so used the Wowcher. The suitcases from ground level.co.uk haven't arrived in the delivery date, I've messaged Wowcher and they have stopped replying. Now I have to contact my bank for chargeback. DO NOT USE WOWCHER!!”

“I bought some steel shelving for the garage but yet to receive them so cannot comment on product. My experience in buying them was challenging. First could not redeem the wowcher on my mobile phone due to logging in problems. Then successfully logged on using my laptop and redeem the wowcher. Unfortunately the extra 10% was not added. I complained and wowcher said as l already redeemed the wowcher they could not add the discount on. They only offered 10% off my next purchase. That is no good to me now is it. So overall experience not good.”
