“Complained that their third party " the travel makers " haven't booked my holiday despite it being a gift for tomorrow. And they have done nothing. They passed me to travel makers who are con artists. Taken my money but not answering calls. Promising to sort the holiday but not responding. I will be going to trading standards.”
