“This is a surprise for my wife she thinks she's getting an S21 but it's a S24, the ordering process was really easy, small misunderstanding as to the colour but I have contacted the retailer to amend this. Really good value compared to S24 from Samsung direct, very happy so far”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “WoWcher is loaded withgoodies at some unbeleivable prices. it is also a novel way to purchase goods and not too difficult even for us oldies (i'm 76) and i have made some GREAT purchases at GREAT prices. Go on - have look...you won't regret it!”
