“Some great offers but it doesn’t include the postage until you redeem the wowcher. Then you have to pay separately another fee for posting.”

“I've used wowcher for years, it's such a great app and always has amazing deals. It's so easy to purchase and well explained, I also find if I need to contact them for any reason the customer support and fantastic and so helpful to communicate with highly recommend”

“I have not received my parcel and it’s been an absolute nightmare having to speak to someone. It’s a stupid WhatsApp that’s a generated message. Worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE. I want a refund not a credit in my account.”

“Seems to be a good deal, but time will tell. Transaction a bit complicated.......not really sure how it all works, what with paying and then having to 'redeem' and then paying again (seperately for some reeson) for delivery”

“Amazing prices and easy to use. Only issue was that I putchased and the website made it look like everything wascomple, only when I logged into the app did I realise that I had to process a seperste payment for the delivery. This was not said on the website, it was just good luck that I checked.”

“I’m still not sure if I have ordered the euro lottery tickets although I have paid the £9 . When I tried the email it wanted me to sight up to another site!!!”

How to redeem Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.
