“I think it would have been easier to just get directed to the screen and enter voucher. Instead of waiting for email. Plus I was not too happy with paying five pounds for standard delivery. It should have been 2.99 for standard delivery. I will wait and see what the purchase looks like when it arrives. Thanks”

“Some pretty good deals to have. However when we chose three plants which were redeemed from the same company we were charged for three separate delivery charges, don’t think that is fair.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Do not book mystery holiday!! Wowcher / Weekender Breaks believe their terms and conditions are above UK distance selling law. Customer service is awful and I have yet to receive contact from Weekender Breaks to redeem my holiday but after reading reviews this is standard practice for them. They will just pass you between companies and waste your time when the resolution is easy- a refund for a holiday I haven’t confirmed! Have contacted citizens advice and have now contacted the watchdog”
