“i had purchased a wowcher for the Euro millions, the site would not let me redeem voucher, i contacted your site and was given a code, still to no avail, now this voucher is timed out.??? i would like my monies back or more help to rebuy the voucher. i did not realize the time limit was 14 days which i think is ludicris. I am unable to access my computer every day so was unaware of the limit also for some reason yourreply went into my spam.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “Iv sent over 20 WhatsApp and 5 emails and I’m going around in circles and no one is sorting the issue for me, it’s all very stressful and once sorted that’s me finished using them. Totally no help”
