“Have ordered some plants , via Wowcher . I ordered 2 lots of small trees in Summer . They arrived in perfect condition . Was a little surprised that there was an extra £10 postage to pay each time. They arrived in perfect condition , & have thrived .”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I recently had an unfortunate experience with Wowcher involving a £65 credit that was issued due to an item being lost or damaged during transit. While the initial issue was handled efficiently, I encountered significant frustration when I discovered that my credit had expired just a few days before I tried to use it. Given that this credit was issued because of a problem on Wowcher’s end, and the fact that it had only expired by a few days, I had hoped for some flexibility. However, when I contacted customer service, I was met with a strict response pointing to their terms and conditions, with no willingness to consider my situation. I understand the need for policies, but it’s disappointing that Wowcher wasn’t willing to make an exception or extend the credit under these circumstances. The rigid approach left me feeling undervalued as a customer, especially considering that the credit expiry was just a few days past. This experience has made me rethink using Wowcher in the future, as their customer service seems to lack the flexibility and consideration that can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction. Advice: If you have a credit with Wowcher, be very cautious of the expiration date—even if it’s just a few days over, they might not be willing to help.”
