“I was really struggling to afford a trip to Amsterdam for my sons 18th birthday via other online travel vendors and websites until I seen this wowcher deal! Over the moon with the price and the deal!!! One happy mam and a very happy birthday boy”

“It took several attempts to make the purchase. I was told my date of birth was not in the correct format, yet I didn't have to give it! Anyway, the purchase was made. However, I was then moved to another page where I had to choose delivery option, ranging for £5.99 to,£2.99 and a delivery date from 3 days to over 6 weeks!! Personally I don't like giving feedback just for making a purchase.”

“Too many times I am having issues with this company and trying to get a refund or an issue sorted is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Word of warning to anyone that does get offered a refund, do not take the credit that they are offering you as you can't spend it on what they are advertising. I tried to use it to buy something and was told I couldn't. No explanation why just that I should try it on something else. I have had other issues previously too when buying their mystery holidays and all I can say about that experience is if it seems too good to be true then it probably is! Unfortunately when the only way of contacting customer services is through whatsapp then I suppose you can't expect much of a company.”
