“Cant comment on products yet but happy with price. Only problem is that I cannot receive the order confirmation email as the email address they come from does not appear safe and is auto rejected by my email filtering so would be good if the email address order confirmations are sent from is reviewed so they do not get rejected.”

“Made an order for a bed mattress, then went back to have a look at other products on the main page and then to my surprise there was a mattress on the main page CHEEPER so I wasn't happy so what's that all about”

“Ok except before I purchased the voucher, it said the delivery would be £7.99. After I purchased and redeemed it however, the postage was actually £8.99. Dont like being lied to”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Great price in a fantastic hotel. We've been past this hotel on lots of occasions and always dreamt of staying there. This deal was just too good to pass up. I hadn't noticed that the voucher has to be redeemed so early. So, a little disappointed by that.”
