“Bought 6 mini fruit trees from Gardening Express via Wowcher. 3 of the plants are dead and they've refused to do anything about it due to their 14 day returns policy. How can you tell if the plants are going to grow within 14 days when they were just dried twigs when they arrived. Shocking treatment of loyal customers. Wowcher & Gardening Express will definitely not be getting another sale from me that's for sure”

“Wowcher is great for bargains but it should be a lot easier to redeem your voucher and pay. Far too much unnecessary selling ie extending your voucher, protecting your voucher… just let us buy with one click what we purchased in the first place.”

“I ordered a pair of pillows over a month ago and have had no delivery or information regarding the order. I tried customer service and they wanted more money to investigate. Needless to say I won't be using Wowcher again l, and by the way, this was my first purchase.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
