“I Do love wow her but when you order it's not quite straight forward as when you think you've done you don't get anything to tell you that you're order has been successful so you do it over and over then you have to cancel very confusing”

“The software item was more complex to set up than previously as, following initial registration process after getting the wowcher, we then had to follow a multistage set up process from the supplier. But we got there in the end.”

“Poor explanation on redeeming voucher for 2 of the same item. Had to pay twice for delivery as there was no way of getting both items delivered together, disappointing!”
