“It would have been 5 stars but the delivery service is absolutely shocking I would suggest you change it to out sourcing to someone else. The 3 stars was due to your member of staff Alice Bloodworth she went above and beyond to help me with issues I did have and come back to me in a speedy time. Alice is certainly an absolute god send to have in your company and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.”

“Order processin was easy and delivery was fine, however according to your website in the pictures it shows each kit having a middle section plus two end pieces to finish them off, so having ordered 8off sets at 1.5m long, I would have expected to have received a total of 16 end pieces but there are only 2 included 1off black and 1off yellow. Having contacted the company they apologised and agreed I should have received them and it was a simple picking error, so they sent them out straight away so I'm very happy with the companies speedy response as well as the quality of the product and ease of installation.”

“The trolley was useful for putting out the recycling boxes but did not have a retainer on the drop down platform which seems to be a design fault as it crashes down unexpectedly . Pity”

“I would have rated this company a lot higher if it wasn't with the bombardment of emails asking for reviews (once a day, every day), phone call from a sales rep asking if my items were 'ok' and about 5 emails about my ordering being processed. I only ordered a couple of storage boxes! This company is the virtual equivalent of having a clingy ex girlfriend that won't stop buzzing up your phone!”
