Ordered on the 10th of March, email from Ethan stating no stock on the 13th, will be back in stock on the 31st. Called on the 31st and told stock arrived and will be delivered on the 05th Called today only to be told no stock and made to feel like a liar when I advised them about my previous call. Terrible service and almost £700 out of pocket with no idea when my order will arrive, no contact from workplace stuff, no updates no nothing.

I bought a product at the price shown on your website. Three days after my order confirmation I get an email saying the price has changed. It had gone up by 23.5%, and the new price did not seem to work out, so I rang and queried this. The guy I spoke to hesitated in his explanation, and it didn't compute, so I asked for a full refund. Now I see only part of my payment has been refunded. Not impressed.

Unfortunately as with most businesses in the UK we have continued to see significant cost increases from our factories the year which we have tried our best to absorb. However sometimes this isn't possible. We notified you on the day of your order of the increase, which you weren't happy about. I completely understand your frustrations. Item arrived broke and had to wait to long for item to be fixed very poor customer service

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have had a look into this further and can see that the trolley you ordered was damage during transit, which we have taken up with our courier as this is not acceptable. However I can also see from the tracking information that a replacement trolley was dispatched and delivered the day after you notified us of the damage. We are sorry for any inconveniences.
