“Very disappointed is an understatement. We purchased several hundred additional flooring tiles to match the identical product purchased from Workplacestuff in 2023 as we recently moved into bigger premises. Our plan was to simply add to the tiles we already had. Turns out the new tiles are a different size (approx 2mm per tile) and are not compatible despite receiving confirmation that nothing had changed and the product would be identical. Over several tiles they no longer fit together - see photo. Caused us a major headache resulting in lost time and revenue. The product itself is good, let down by the promises of the Workplace Stuff sales team.”

“I had to chase and wait about 2 weeks past the advertised delivery date before the delivery arrived. When the unit came, it was far larger than I was expecting. The epoxy coating on the unit was chipping off before use and you can clearly see no primer was applied before epoxy coating. Sadly, not one of my better online purchases.”

Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have had a look into this further and can see that you should have received the order acknowledgement on 28/01/20 at 9.55am, it may be in your spam folders but we have a delivered notification. The lead time is estimated on each product page next to the 'add to basket' button on the website. This product has a lead time of 10-15 working days, i've just checked the proof of delivery and can see this was signed for 18/01/20 which is the 15th working day so i'm glad we were on time. Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we have been let down by UK Mail here, the steps you ordered were actually dispatched on Friday 28/10/16 on a Next Day Delivery service so they should have been delivered to you on Monday 31/10/16. UK Mail didn't notify us that they had actually 'lost' your steps until you rang to ask where they were. We have taken this matter up with them to make sure this doesn't happen again.
