“I used work place stuff for an entrance mat in one of our offices and was impressed by the level of quality and customer service provided. I had trouble on the web site due to me making a mistake and was about to go away to a competitor, when Dave from Work place stuff called me. He took my order over the phone using the details I had entered on the website and got the mat delivered in one day as opposed to the quoted 3-5 days. Many Thanks.”

“I would have rated this company a lot higher if it wasn't with the bombardment of emails asking for reviews (once a day, every day), phone call from a sales rep asking if my items were 'ok' and about 5 emails about my ordering being processed. I only ordered a couple of storage boxes! This company is the virtual equivalent of having a clingy ex girlfriend that won't stop buzzing up your phone!”

Helpful Report

Hi Craig, We really appreciate your feedback and your business. While we don't aim to be clingy, we do aim to provide great customer satisfaction. We really apologise if it came off as bothersome but the majority of our customers prefer to be updated every step of the way with their order. We will keep your feedback in mind going forward. Happy to hear that otherwise we would have received a higher rating and we hope you will use us again in the future. Sincerely, Abbie Workplace Stuff
