Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have had a look into this further and can see that you should have received the order acknowledgement on 28/01/20 at 9.55am, it may be in your spam folders but we have a delivered notification. The lead time is estimated on each product page next to the 'add to basket' button on the website. This product has a lead time of 10-15 working days, i've just checked the proof of delivery and can see this was signed for 18/01/20 which is the 15th working day so i'm glad we were on time. “I ordered two 3-door lockers from Workplace stuff. I cannot comment on the goods themselves as I was ordering them for a third party. However, I needed the items urgently delivered the next day. Workplace Stuff was the only retailer that could fulfill my order. They were extremely helpful and I would definitely use them again.”

“Good quality salt, great value for money. When I rang with a problem I got through to a gentleman who was just locking up. He still took the time to take my call and give me the information I needed about how the pallet of salt might be delivered. The next day we received the pallet of salt from a lovely friendly driver. Great service, we will use you again next year.”
