A good clean site. The outdoor pool is great. Booking process okay apart from when we tried to be allocated near friends it was made impossible before arrival. Richard would benefit from training on the phone to keep customers happy and his phrase he repeats 'I am managing your expectations is really frustrating.' Once we arrived Buddy was really helpful and moved things around on his phone. It would be much easier and less time consuming for guests and Buddy for someone to do this at a computer desk with a reliable internet comnection so I would suggest a system is put in place to allow this as we won't be the last group to ask to be allocated near to eachother. It does not affect GDPR. The bar area that serves pizza is a nice alternative to the entertainment but music very quiet and couldn't be turned up. Indoor pool flumes broken whole time we stayed unfortunately. A clearer sign is needed for the outdoor pool changing rooms. Overall a nice site.

Everything is great until payment went wrong and said I can’t pay more than the holiday even though you select the amount. Frustrating but not enough to stop me doing it again. The parks are worth the effort.

please ADD a Map of Your HOLIDAY HOMES and the fields they are On. It would be a great help when Booking the Next Holiday.

Been coming to these parks over a number of years now, but can Honestly say this is the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! We have had a HUGE group book and stay all around us (unbeknown to the park) and each and every night has been awful! Shouting , screaming, terrorising our dog, dumping rubbish, sitting on our pitch when we’ve been out for the day and kids just going wild late at night! They’ve really brought the tone of the park down and treat it like it’s a field and dumping ground. No respect or tolerance to others. So disheartening and Easewell don’t need these kind of people. Please ban all these families as they’re ruining other people’s holidays! So unhappy.

First time campers and first time here- wonderful place, really helpful staff. Everyone was happy and smiling and great with the kids. We had an electric hookup for the tent and it was brilliant. Super clean shower block, tables in the restaurant and bar - great to see. Generally the site looked well looked after . Loads of activities to do and entertainment for all ages - including a really knowledgeable session pond dipping with a ranger. Only down side was the morning chorus of the seagulls and crows at 5am. Hope to return in the near future - thank you 😊

Difficult to find out type of pitch states left hand drive rather than habitation door on European side.

I found the booking process very easy to follow however there was no map to identify where the caravans were which led me to having to amend the booking when I found a map of the site on google and decided to pay the extra for a beach haven site

We have just booked our 3rd holiday with Woolacombe Bay Holiday parks. The process is super simple and the reason we carry on going back is because of the vast things to do for a young family.

I have not arrived yet for my holiday so I presume this request for a review is for the on line booking process. I found it easy to navigate, easy to find accommodation differences, park differences, and whats included or not. Easy to confirm what you want and then to progress to pay

Brilliant apart from one MASSIVE problem the 'pathway to the beach' signs don't say anything about not being able to get pushchairs or prams down it
