“I thought that this would be really difficult to deal with as I live and work overseas whilst the matter was being dealt with in the UK and everything had to be done remotely. However, after a brief Skype conversation, Howard agreed to take the matter on and everything went almost seamlessly. All the information was dealt with very efficiently and all the options were made clear to me. Howard provided relevant and timely advice that made things go smoothly. Just a slight technical hitch with the payment portal that caused me a couple of minor problems but this was soon corrected by the IT chap. Great service from Howard and the rest of the staff at Winston Solicitors and I will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.”

“Howard Cohen is a wonderful advisor. I was a client at Grahame Stowe Bateson and had complete trust in him. I thereforeven didn't hesitate to move with him. He is A wonderful asset to your firm . However your conveyancing department is poor to say the least I wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone.”

“Mr. Jeremy Conway conducted the conveyancing of a house for me in the first quarter on 2016. It had several complication each of which he handled conscientiously with the utmost skill. He anticipated and warned me of potential pitfalls, and ensured a timely completion. Mr. Conway was always on top of the case, chasing the sellers’ solicitor when required to ensure that the tight completion date did not slip. He thus shielded me from what would otherwise have been a very stressful time, for which I am immensely grateful.”

“I called Winston's prepared for a long process of repeating the same message and waiting for appointments and was pleasantly surprised that I was put through quickly to a specialist in my area of concern. We agreed a fixed fee for the work (contract review) and scheduled a follow-up call for a couple of days later. The information I received provided clarity to the contents of a contract and clarity of my position with respect to the intellectual property rights of a new employer. Winston's are also happy to due business via email and have a formalised this with a consent form. There are means of securely communicating electronically which exceed snail mail and even face to face (happy to help...). For now I'm happy to find a legal firm that realises the 19th century was a long time ago.”
