“Huge thanks to Sidraa for her absolutely amazing work to keep our chain in tact! She honestly worked her socks off right to the end and was so dedicated to achieving our goal of finally moving after our house falling through in 2024. Her expertise and understanding was brilliant. So approachable to able to explain things in a manner that we could understand given we have no legal knowledge. Thanks also massively to Tom who we know also worked very hard for us also right to the end. My sister has also used Sidraa this year and found her amazing too. I have already recommended to friends who have also used Winston’s. Being local to where we live is also very useful. Compared to other solicitors we have dealt with in the past and also ones other buyers used in our chain they are fab!”

“I am very pleased with the service I received from Winstons, this is the second time I have dealt with them for conveyancing services and on both occasions Leasa was incredibly thorough and reassured me every step of the way. When other parties failed to deliver, Leasa ensured things were chased up and delivered/received with accuracy. In the middle of an extremely challenging chain, they went above and beyond and became intermediary's liasing with everyone else in order to get the conveyancing completed on time. “Winston’s acted for us with our house sale and onward purchase. They have been excellent from start to finish. Leasa is extremely quick to respond to emails and more than happy to answer any questions. The online system is very efficient and helps keep you up to date with progress of the sale/purchase. Leasa and her team made the whole process so much less stressful than it could’ve been and we can’t thank them enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Teresa and Judith assisted with my recent divorce and i cannot rate them highly enough, i was talked through every aspect and everything was explained in full and i was kept fully updated and imformed of everything that i needed to do and when it was required for. Their patience when i was working away and understanding was especially appreciated. Once that was all complete Amanda and Samantha and the convayensing team sorted the transfer of the house and the paperwork associated with that. I would highly recommend them and thier company for any legal issues you have and would use thier services again without hesitation.”

“Honestly, I can’t thank Michelle enough! We were in a chain of five, and it genuinely felt like we were the only ones with truly competent solicitors. It was actually quite eye-opening (and a bit scary) to see how poorly some solicitors operate. Michelle was incredibly quick to respond to every query and question — we never once had to chase her for anything. She was thorough, proactive, and always made sure our best interests came first in every decision. She was always contactable and took it upon herself to chase everything in the chain on our behalf. If you’re on the fence about using Winstons, I would 100% recommend them — and I could easily write a list of who not to use!”
