“We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better conveyancer than Michelle. She made what could’ve been a really stressful process feel smooth and totally manageable from start to finish. Always quick to respond, super clear in explaining everything, and just genuinely on top of every detail. What really stood out was how reassuring she was throughout. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually cares about her clients. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt in safe hands.
