“Winston Solicitors are the best solicitor firm I have dealt with. They helped sell my house. Sidraa and Tom were always communicating with me and turned things round quickly when I was going out of the country. I would definitely use them again and that’s not the case usually with solicitor firms.”

“Initially the person that was allocated to me was not very good and I didn’t get any compensation but when I changed the person and pushed for review to look at again I was able to get the compensation awarded. It did take time nearly 2 years.”

“Samantha was always very helpful, I frequently had questions as a first time buyer so would regularly call just to ask what things meant on the various forms and documents I had to sign. I would either get through to Samantha herself or to Paulo so there was always someone available. I would only say that as a first time buyer I was very naive to the process, and only found out I had missed an important step in the mortgage application through a reminder from Winstons asking if I had done it yet. Otherwise a very positive experience overall.”

“I have worked with Sidraa and the team for several house moves over the last 5 years, most recently on the executor sale following the death of a family member. I find the team extremely proactive and efficient, they respond to queries from myself and other solicitors quickly and competently. As well as their excellent work, I find the team very personable and approachable which is not always the case in conveyancing. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.”

“I was dreading the probate process after my husband sadly died earlier this year. Friends who had been in the same situation warned me it could take months or even years. I didn't even know what it involved, it was a complete mystery to me! Thank good ness for Emily Spencer at Winston solicitors who talked me through the whole process and told me what information I needed to complete the paperwork. Emails and phone queries were answered very promptly and once I'd submitted all the figures the grant of probate was applied for by Emily and was returned within a few weeks, not months! Great result and nothing like the trauma I was anticipating.”
