“Winston Solicitors were very quick at responding to my initial enquiry and also helped to point me in the right direction on a couple of occasions during the negotiation process. I did expect to get a little more from my settlement agreement based on the Winstons calculator on the website, but overall i was reasonably happy with the outcome. Please be aware that the costs can quickly increase though. I ended up having to pay half of the Winstons solicitors fees so be mindful of the employers contribution (which in my case wasn't much). On the whole, I got peace of mind and support during a difficult process, but I guess (rightly or wrongly) I did perhaps expect little more.”

“Paul Grindly was excellant keeping me informed by e mail and phone what was going on between solicitors at all times. I have been involed in a settlement agreement which Paul managed to increase my payment by 50%. This was a stressful time for me having to give up 21 years of service with a company on health grounds .Paul managed to keep every thing at bay and was extremly professional. I will be recommending your company and indeed have already done so thanks again.”

“Katrina Allen assisted us with the sale of our property and was fantastic! It is clear Katrina cares about each of her clients and you are definitely not just a case file to be progressed. She always available to talk through any queries you have about the transaction, however large or small. She was patient and pragmatic with the other side who raised many onerous queries which were not really appropriate to raise. Would definitely use Katrina again for any other property matters.”
