“When Mum needed the system most that she had been paying into all her life she was failed by countless people and departments, assessments not completed, lost files, appointments not kept, delay after delay and on. I had a gut feeling that procedures weren't being followed and began my quest for the truth in her memory. I found James at 'Winston Solicitors' who helped us take on the system and prove that Mum was indeed entitled to CHC Funding. Throughout the case he was relentless in his pursuit to seek out the truth and hold those accountable who failed Mum. He gave us regular updates and discussed every step with us along the way, I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who has found themselves in this dreadful position in traumatic times with their loved ones.”

“We are very happy with the service provided by Winstons solicitors when we were selling our parents house. The house sale fell through twice before completion but the team at Winstons remained very patient and happy to help. I always felt like the process moved very quickly from our side when compared to other solicitors in the process and the fees were very reasonable. The portal was kept up to date so we could easily track progress. Would recommend. Thanks guys, we got there in the end!”

“I am based in London but friend recommended Harriet Reed, at Winson in Leeds, to speak to about my failing marriage. Following that initial discussion, it was over three years before a financial settlement was reached via a private FDR. Harriet was with me every step of the way, in advising me in dealing with an intransigent spouse and on the battles to fight. I always felt Harriet had my back, and to have her present at the FDR, made me feel i was in safe hands. Harriet's judgment was sound in her recommeded counsel both at the FDR and preparing for it. She made it clear from the beging the likely cost of emarking on such a course as well as the potential legal cost of a final hearing. Harriet understood what I was going through and has a great bedside manner. I am delighted to commend Harriet Reed for her dealings with me.”
