“I regret that I cannot write a review of this transaction. since you were acting for me as a Vendor. Since the sale was completed in a relatively short plength of time whilst this was excellent from my point of view the time element is esssentially due to factors governing the Purchaser. Is there delay because their solicitors are slow, is there a chain and how long etc When Win sto n s have acted for me in other matters I have always found you to be efficient and that is a valued judgment from one who was himself a solicitor for nearly 60 years The following queries are irrelevant”

“Emily was great. She explained the will writing process and the Power of Attorney in a clear and easily understandable way. She kept us appraised of progress at each stage and arranged meetings at suitable times. She was very personable and made us feel at ease during the process. “Sidraa as our solicitor is amazing. She truly does go the extra mile for her clients and ensures that no stone is left unturned. As her clients, one can truly relax and be safe in the knowledge that when making such a large purchase as a house, there will be no surprises when you've moved in as she ensures that all searches are done both thoroughly and in a efficient manner. She prioritises her clients above all else and makes them feel so valued. We are so grateful for having her represent us. She ensures all tasks are done diligently and efficiently. I cannot recommend her enough. The conveyancing team at Winstons has been superb as well. Aimee has been excellent in following things through and when one member of staff is away, someone else is always on hand to cover and ensure the tasks are done efficiently. Lisa as the conveyancing manager and senior partner was also very knowledgeable and made sure clients priorities comes first but also explains the risks and benefits of each decision tree clearly and succinctly.”
