“Reasonable price for sale of property in Romford. Communication was informative. Complication due to unidentified freeholder took time to resolve but once solved things moved quickly. Overall v satisfied and would recommend.”

“Winston Solicitors handled the conveyancing for our recent house purchase, and overall we had a positive experience. We worked with Amr, who was extremely thorough and demonstrated a strong attention to detail throughout the process. He identified several issues and points for clarification that could easily have been overlooked by a less experienced conveyancer, which gave us confidence that our interests were being properly protected. Matters were generally dealt with efficiently, and our purchase completed successfully. Conveyancing can be a complex process, particularly where there are additional matters that need to be investigated, and we appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was properly addressed. While we would occasionally have welcomed a little more explanation and reassurance along the way, all of our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally.
