“From receiving the telephone quote the service was very good.The product was as stated,with one exception the connector was different to the one on my wing mirror,as I had an electrician fit it he was able to find a way round the problem and all is working fine now”

I cannot see that any contact was made in regards to the plug connector as the item purchased can have alternative plug connectors. Our customer service team will have been able to advise if you required this assistance.

“Came as promised , well wrapped / protected. Exact colour match. Simple sheet of guidelines to fixing in place might have been useful, as most will have been ordered a result of a knock. Advice on which clips to push in first or suggestions if part of surround missing . Actual item perfect.”
