waited over a week for part ,royal mail have,nt delivered. spoke with buy online staff sorted problem.

I previous had left a review and now have changed it due to I believe it wasn't fair to leave such a negative review where as there were positive aspects that should be addressed too. Fast delivery service, received part within couple of days and variety of available parts.

Good Afternoon, My name is Dale and i am replying on behalf of BuyItOnline as i was the member of staff that took the order for this particular product. I did ask you when you rang after we quoted you on 1st choice if the head light was halogen or xenon and you advised that it was infact halogen, so this is what we sold and supplied you with. Upon receipt of the light you contacted us and stated it was incorrect but you didn't know why or what it was that you needed. We can advise as to what products are available for the vehicle however we are unable to tell you what part is fitted to your car, we can just ask the questions and go off the answers you provide. We apologize on this occasion the information provided to us was in accurate, we do understand ordering car parts can be difficult so we would advise if you are unsure of any questions being asked to find out more information to avoid giving incorrect information and being sent incorrect items. I can see your return item was delivered to our address this afternoon, you return will be processed within 24 hours. Thank you

The wingmirror was just what i wanted but when i was asked if i wanted it spraying i stated it to be grey and came back sliver and the stem of wingmirror had not been sprayed at all. I acepted it as l needed it done quickly due to a taxi council test. Overall the service was just reasonable.

Quick and speedy service. I was disappointed by delivery. Royal Mail apply the same charges for deliveries throughout the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) However, I was charged £9.99 for express delivery to Northern Ireland rather than their standard £4.99 Great Britain express delivery fee. I assumed the package would be sent by another courier, but it arrived via Royal Mail. Order ID: 47009

Good Afternoon Keith, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our delivery partners, we use a tracked and signed for service for all our overseas and offshore deliveries hence the further charge, we have however amended this slightly as we wanted to offer a customers a more realistic rate, if you want to take a look at what it would have cost you to have the express delivery now and email it over we will happily reimburse the difference!

At to pay special attention to returns info Could easily make a mistake if not concentrating. Also wondered why I only got partial payment back. Why did I have to pay the vat

Initial contact was very good and the order and payment all progressed without any problem. I then received an e mail telling me that it would be received the next day but when I tried to track it no information was available. I tried to track several times before ringing the number provided and then spoke to an extremely rude man. The mirror did arrive safely three days later but the rudeness I received left an unpleasant feeling.
