“Sales staff somehow managed to allocate a slotless trap to a vanity unit with an overflow. Duly collected from Hillington Uplift point. Didn't discover until boxes opened. Visited MKM in Kilmarnock to purchase the correct slotted trap. Spoke to Dylan at WD who apologised for stock error and promptly refunded the £15 cost of wrong waste. Good service which made up for an honest error.”

“Quick, helpful, efficient. I ordered the incorrect item by mistake, so rang the company’s help line. They answered within a few rings, straight on to sorting and correcting the problem. I have spoken to 3 different customer service people about various points, and all have been helpful and did what they said. Definitely recommend, correct item arrived on time”
