“I used Wholesale Domestic to furnish the 3 bathrooms in the house I was renovating. The service I received from everyone was amazing. “Two vanity units had to be returned both damaged. Our bathroom was late in getting started due to unforseen curcumstances and had to return a side shower screen which didnt fit into the space, it was returned within 3 weeks they would not refund money only a credit note which we wont use. Shocking service.”

“Staff were very knowlegable , huge variety of items that could be mixed and matched, i was charged delivery charge but will call them to recify , website says over £500 , my delivery on hold.”

hi, thank you for your review. Just to clarify that the 'free delivery on orders over £500' refers to a kerbside pallet delivery. Looking at your order it looks like you have chosen our upgraded 2-man delivery service. This means that the goods will be taken into your property and placed in a room/s of your choice. You will also receive a call the day before advising of a 3-hour timeslot. With this option we can also get our delivery team to call when en route. “New upgrade makes the showroom and excellent experience for my customers until you have to chat to your showroom assistants, many of them are totally clueless and are credit to your company. Either their not interested or your training program needs looking at.”

“Absolutely excellent service from WDB Superstore in Edinburgh. They have a large selection of ggod-looking bathroom furniture in a well-laid-out display. When part of our order for a bathroom renovation was delivered with a slight scratch it was taken away without quibble and replaced the next day. They also refunded us for some unused wetwall metal joining sections as we had played safe and ordered too much. I should also mention that we had a lot of pleasant and knowledgeable help from the colleague we dealt with there, Aiste Tirvaite.”
