“Huge selection of really nice bathroom suites. The staff were helpful. Turns out one of the units we’d ordered was going to be too big and they took it back but we were warned the box it was in would have to be in perfect condition. before they would so be aware. Reasonable prices and the delivery went to the shop where we were able to pick it up. Looks good in situ.”

“I am extremely disappointed I have asked in 3 different occasions to stop letting other people use my account as my accountant is asking about the jobs and you continue to let people use it I work alone should only be myself that can use it”

“We were purchasing new good for faulty goods we had and the young lady that dealt with our issue was absolutely amazing. She couldn't have been any more helpful and dealt with it in a very knowledgable and caring way. We were absolutely delighted with the solutions she suggested and came away very happy. The young lady in question works in you Hillington customer services section, we would definitely go back and deal directly with her if we knew what we were wanting to buy or use click and collect. Highly recommend this area of you company.”

“Customer service is shocking, we received damaged goods which were delivered after spending £1600, we have a plumber booked in to refit the bathroom and if we don’t get the Loren’s replaced he will have to go to another customer and we will be without a toilet, not acceptable service”

“Ordered Series 8 plus shower enclosure which arrived day before projected but was the wrong thing.phoned customer services and correct one arrived next day. Information for assembly was very poor so went to store and staff very helpful and was able to examine one assembled and took photos. Very pleased with the shower encloser and thought it was good value at the price”

“Had a slight problem with missing parts, which I had to travel approximately 20 miles for which I was really annoyed at as it was wholesales fault. I'm glad to say the manager I think ( guy with a beard ) sorted things out and gave me a discount on a bath panel. Impeccable people skills amazing attitude it's guys like this that make businesses work. Thank you to him.”

“When I placed my order I wasn’t advised that my heated towel rail was out of stock and I only found out when I called to check on my delivery. I had paid for delivery and when I called I was told that I wasn’t booked in for a time slot even though I was given a date when in the store. This was sorted by customer service but did cause me some added stress and I had to get a refund for the towel rail and place an order elsewhere”

“No.1 no shower arrived with order,we had to go and collect. No.2 you sent the wrong shower tray,by the time we realised the plumber had fitted it,and was going to charge another £200 to replace.Spoke to someone at the time who said we could submit pictures to prove what we got.To be honest I'm nervous about going in to shower in case I fall.Im 79.”

“I bought my bathroom suite from the Hillingdon outlet in Glasgow. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The order was was quickly dispatched and delivered. The issue I have was that there was no notification of when it was arriving. I advised the salesman that this was being delivered to a second property and that notice was required. It was pot luck that I was on holiday the day it arrived. A box of tiles in the delivery were found to be damaged on arrival. There was no difficulty in getting this issue addressed. However after organising with a neighbour to receive the replacement tiles I found they had sent the wrong tiles. These were twice the size and a different colour entirely. I ended up having to travel to the outlet to take the wrong tiles back and get them swapped for the correct tile. I would recommend Wholesale Domestic as a company but best be prepared for some minor hiccups.”
