“Wholesale Domestic provided an excellent service, with 1 exception - which appears to be a result of your website not being updated quickly enough. As part of my bathroom refit, the Multipanel panels I ordered (and after submitting the order) weren't available in the sizes I requested - even though your website said they were available. It transpired that they had been discontinued. I was promptly called and told the order couldn't be fulfilled. However, upon my calling multipanel directly, they told me that other panel size configurations were possible. I then called Wholesale Domestic to reconfigure my order. This caused a significant delay. The website and information about product availability needs improved. Regardless, communications from Wholesale Domestic are some of the best I've ever encountered. Excellent updating of information - provided by people who know what they are talking about and speak in plain, clear English. I will recommend Wholesale Direct to anyone requiring bathroom equipment / services. Lastly, why not provide a fully 'in-house' fitting service? That would be the icing on the cake. “Products generally good but delivery of products shocking. Most items come separately and waiting ages. Some items damaged so needed replacing and some I had to chase as not received. It’s taken weeks to get it all to be able to start the project. So if there was a choice I would say products very good, delivery time poor but when replacing faulty/ damaged items very good.”

“Watch out when buying tiles from them. We thought we’d ordered gloss tiles for both our wall and floor and when we realised a mistake had been made whilst ordering in store. They would not change the order from Matt tiles to gloss tiles, claiming they do not accept the return of tiles - despite this being noticed only two days after delivery and the tiles being boxed and unopened.”

We are unable to accept returns on tiles due to differing batch numbers meaning that accepting these back means we may be left with a batch of tiles that we would be unable to sell or match with other packs. “Picked what I wanted from the showroom where the staff are friendly and helpful, went to the distribution centre to pick up the item ordered and I had to wait 25 minutes for 1 radiator, I was there 5 days ago and I was waiting 40 minutes again for a collection - there is something wrong with this, I would think twice if you want to picked up in a hurry. There was only myself and one other person making collections but it seemed there was only one or two staff to pick the orders and didn’t seem to be in any rush for customers waiting. Never have an issue when collecting things from any of the plumbing merchants so don’t see why it should be any different here”

We have recently introduced our 'pick and go' service, where customers can purchase in our Glasgow showroom, and our warehouse colleagues start picking the items as soon as the order shows in the system. Just tell your salesperson that you're collecting immediately and they can arrange this for you. “service excellent, EXCEPT for your requiring unnecessary personal information. I do not need to provide my name address phone and email in order to purchase a bath seal. this is a serious invasion of privacy you have no need and no right to ‘build a profile,”

“The service was good, however, the toilet and bath I bought look great but are not easy to use.. The toilet acquires embarrassing stains due to the shape of the squared-off bowl.. which is embarrassing for guests , and the bath with central tap and drain is awkward to use for topping up hot water as it can burn you as it hits your legs and the waste in the centre of the bath pops open is you sit on it .. so, all in all, it was money badly spent .. My old suit was far easier :(”

“While the customer service was very good I would strongly advise, where practical, physically checking the quality of the products.We recently had our entire bathroom re fitted.It wasn't till we saw the brushed brass push button flush,which is only compatible with the cistern, in place that we realised it was made of really cheap,nasty plastic.The quick flush button was ill fitting and cost nearly £30.It was replaced at no additional cost but still looks cheap and inferior.”
